Cooper Consulting was hired as the On-Site Wedding Event Coordinator for the Bender/Van Der Vaart Wedding. Services included set-up and tear down of wedding reception location; coordination of wedding production schedule; transportation of guests and bride; coordination and assistance of DJ, florist, and caterer on site; creation of focal points for the reception; and running general errands for the client. Event management started the morning before the wedding until the morning after the big day. Our staffs experience and focus on our clients needs places our services at the very top.
