Graduation Party

July 2010

Cooper Consulting Events planned and executed a graduation party for 300 at a private home on Elkhart Lake. The graduation party was a 4 hour open house that included a catered lunch, tent, table, chair, and speaker system rental, décor and event staffing.

Presented by David Hobbs Honda in conjunction with the Kohler International Challenge with Brain Redman at Road America.

Sofen Party...

Cooper Consulting planned, executed, and managed an annual reunion of family & friends from all over the United States. Held at Laack's Hall, our services provided staffing, décor, DJ, Transportation, Games, UW Marching Band, DJ, etc.

Breakfast at the Sheboygan Marina...

Sheboygan, WI: June 2008

Cooper Consulting planned and executed a breakfast at the Sheboygan Marina for a client seeking to cater to his friends and clients aboard his yacht. Breakfast was set up next to the yacht on dock. Once the group finished breakfast they were able to set sail; free of clean-up.

Surprise 70th Birthday Party - 50's Theme...

Indianapolis, IN: December 31st, 2007

Cooper Consulting planned and executed a 50's themed, 70th Surprise Birthday Party on New Years Eve. The party was held at the Omni Severin, downtown Indianapolis.

The event included a room block for guests, the rental of a Soda Shop, Dance Floor and Juke Box, DJ, Photographer, Invitations, Party Favors, Themed Decor, and a New Year's Day Brunch for all guests.

Outdoor Summer Parties...

Cooper Consulting planned, executed, and managed various outdoor parties during the 2007 & 2008 Summer Season in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin.

These parties have utilized many of Cooper Consulting services. These services have included catering, event staffing (bartenders, servers, event managers), rental of speaker systems, and the creation of party themes. Also, the coordination of other rental equipment, entertainment, and out sourcing caterers.

60th Surprise Birthday Party...

Grafton, WI: June 2007

Cooper Consulting coordinated a 60th Surprise Birthday Party in Grafton, Wisconsin at a private residence that included catering, band, invitations, floral arrangements and parking.

40th Surprise Birthday Party Roast...

Elkhart Lake, WI: January 2007

Held at Siebkens Resort in Elkhart Lake.

Provided AV, dinner, drinks, and the entertainment of the speakers at the roast.

Driver VIP Party...

Elkhkart Lake, WI: September 2006

Tonis Kasemets, Champ Car Driver, hired Cooper Consulting to throw a Driver's VIP Party.

Held at Siebkens Saloon in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin after the Road America Champ Car Race in August of 2006.

This VIP Party was sponsored by Pabst Blue Ribbon.

Party included invitations, wristbands, and event staffing (bouncers/ bartenders).

The Annual Siebkens and Champ Car Community Beach Party...

Elkhart Lake, WI: 2001 – 2007

Located on the beach of Siebkens Resort, Cooper Consulting held this party the Wednesday of the Champ Car Race Weekend for 7 years. Décor, promotion, live band, pontoon boat rides, etc. are among a few of the elements involved each year for this party held for the Elkhart Lake Community and the Champ Car Paddock.
